Half Marathon @ Leavenworth

My Girlfriends Laura Harris, Karen Smith, Valerie Inman and I all just shared a wonderful experience of training and participating in the half marathon that opened the Octoberfest celebration in Leavenworth, WA. What a beautiful venue! A great one to share a first experience at. It was nestled in an 'alpine setting and we felt as if we needed to break out in song singing "The hills are alive with the sound of Music". Thanks to my girlfriends for inspiring me and aiding in my healing. I'm forever grateful!
